Open Settings › FireAI updates. If it is set to “Only when I ask”, FireAI never checks on its own: click Check for Updates.
The automatic check runs at most once a day, so a version released this morning may take until tomorrow to appear. Check for Updates asks right away.
When a version is offered, click Download and Open, then drag FireAI to Applications to replace the old one. Your rules and settings stay.
Open the new FireAI. macOS may ask you to approve its updated network filter: allow it, or the sidebar will say Filter offline.
